22A Areas of irrigation prescribed (Act s. 24A)
(1)
The areas of irrigation to which the provisions of section 24A of the Act apply are the areas of the State represented by the districts of the local governments set out in the schedule to this regulation.
(2)
The provisions of regulations 18, 19, 20, 21, 21A and 22 apply to all permits issued pursuant to the provisions of section 24A of the Act.
