22B Bush not to be burned under Act s. 24A permit unless irrigation available
(1)
A person shall not burn bush under a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of section 24A of the Act for the purpose of conducing to the early germination of subterranean clover on any land within the areas described in regulation 22A(1) unless the bush to be burnt is on land to which a method of irrigation is available.
(2)
Any requisition of a bush fire control officer shall be complied with by a person burning bush referred to in subregulation (1).
