56 Certain regulations continue in force after 10 Aug 2007
In this section —
child care regulations means the following regulations as in force immediately before the commencement day —
the Children and Community Services (Child Care) Regulations 2006 4;
the Children and Community Services (Family Day Care) Regulations 2006 5;
the Children and Community Services (Outside School Hours Care) Regulations 2006 6;
the Children and Community Services (Outside School Hours Family Day Care) Regulations 2006 7.
The child care regulations have effect on and after the commencement day, with all necessary changes, as if they were regulations made under section 52 and may be amended or repealed accordingly.
