9D Refunds
(1)
A judge or magistrate presiding in a proceeding may order the refund of the difference between the amount of a fee paid by a person in respect of the proceeding and the amount of the fee that the person was entitled to be charged under these regulations in respect of the proceedings.
(2)
A registrar may refund to a person the amount of a fee, or part of a fee, paid by the person if the amount was paid in error.
