17 Existing City of Perth boundaries to continue until 30 June 2016
(1)
Until the end of 30 June 2016, the district of Perth continues to have the boundaries that it had immediately before this section comes into operation.
(2)
However, this section does not prevent the subsequent making of an order under the Local Government Act 1995 section 2.1 or any other order under that Act in relation to the district of Perth or any other district.
(3)
Subsection (2) is subject to sections 18 and 21(3).
