110 Bailiffs’ functions
(1)
A bailiff —
(a)
may perform any power or duty of the sheriff under this Act that is delegated to him or her by the sheriff; and
(b)
is to carry out any order that is made by a court under this Act and addressed to the sheriff and that the sheriff delegates to the bailiff to carry out.
(2)
A bailiff is not to carry out a function of the sheriff other than a function delegated to the bailiff by the sheriff.
(3)
A bailiff may delegate any of his or her functions to one or more of his or her assistant bailiffs, other than this power to delegate and any power in section 108.
