10 Representative proceeding not to be commenced in certain circumstances
A representative proceeding cannot be commenced if the proceeding would be concerned only with claims in respect of which the Court has jurisdiction solely by virtue of the Jurisdiction of Courts (Cross‑vesting) Act 1987 or a corresponding law of the Commonwealth or another State or a Territory.
