20 Directions relating to commencement of further proceedings
Where an issue cannot properly or conveniently be dealt with under section 18 or 19, the Court may —
(a)
if the issue concerns only the claim of a particular member — give directions relating to the commencement and conduct of a separate proceeding by that member; or
(b)
if the issue is common to the claims of all members of a sub‑group — give directions relating to the commencement and conduct of a representative proceeding in relation to the claims of those members.
