154 Registration as Official Trustee in Bankruptcy
(1)
This section applies when a share in a co‑operative that is the property of a bankrupt vests by force of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Commonwealth) in the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy.
(2)
If the bankrupt is the registered holder of the share, the Official Trustee may be registered as the holder of the share as the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy.
(3)
If the bankrupt is entitled in equity to the share, the Official Trustee may, with the consent of the co‑operative and of the registered holder of the share, be registered as the holder of the share as the Official Trustee in Bankruptcy.
