157 No notice of trust except as provided by this Division
Except as provided in this Division —
(a)
no notice of a trust, whether express, implied or constructive, is to be entered on a register or be receivable by the Registrar; and
(b)
no liabilities are affected by anything done under this Division; and
(c)
nothing done under this Division affects a co‑operative with notice of a trust.
