Commencement

In force

This Act comes into operation as follows —

(a)

sections 1 and 2 — on the day after assent day;

(b)

the rest of the Act, other than sections 490 and 491, and Part 20 Divisions 1 and 3 — on a day fixed by proclamation;

(c)

sections 490 and 491, and Part 20 Division 3 — on the last day of the period of 2 years after the day fixed under paragraph (b);

(d)

Part 20 Division 1 — on the day that Co‑operative Bulk Handling Limited becomes registered under this Act.
