237 Special return to be given at request of Registrar
(1)
The Registrar may, by direction in writing, require a co‑operative to give to the Registrar a special return in the form, within the time, and relating to the subject matter, specified by the Registrar.
(2)
The co‑operative must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $2 000.
(3)
Despite The Criminal Code section 23B(2), it is immaterial for the purposes of subsection (2) that any event occurred by accident.
