296 Registrar may grant exemptions
(1)
The Registrar may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt a person or co‑operative from compliance with a provision of this Division and section 186 in relation to a matter to which this Division applies.
(2)
An exemption may be granted unconditionally or subject to conditions.
