345 Copy of order to be attached to rules
(1)
A co‑operative must ensure that a copy of an order of the Supreme Court approving a compromise or arrangement is attached to each copy of the rules of the co‑operative issued after the order is made.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $2 000.
(2)
The Supreme Court may, by order, exempt a co‑operative from compliance with this section or determine the period during which the co‑operative must comply.
