381 Supply of information to participating Registrars
(1)
The Registrar must, if requested to do so by a participating Registrar, supply free of charge to the participating Registrar information, or copies of documents, held by the Registrar relating to a co‑operative or a participating co‑operative.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies regardless of whether a reciprocal arrangement referred to in section 485 exists and regardless of the terms of such an arrangement.
