449 Extension or abridgment of time
(1)
The Registrar may grant an extension of, or may abridge, a time for doing anything required to be done by a co‑operative or a participating co‑operative by this Act or by a co‑operative by the rules of a co‑operative on the terms, if any, as the Registrar decides.
(2)
The Registrar may grant an extension of time even if the time for doing the thing has expired.
