463 Certificate of registration
(1)
A certificate of registration of a co‑operative issued under this Act is evidence that the co‑operative is incorporated under this Act and that all the requirements of this Act in relation to registration have been complied with.
(2)
This section does not affect a provision of this Act for the winding‑up or deregistration of the co‑operative or the cancellation of its registration.
