464 Certificate evidence
If a function under this Act is conferred or imposed on the Registrar as a consequence of something being done or omitted to be done within a specified period, the Registrar may certify —
that the thing had or had not been done within that period; or
that the thing had or had not been done by a specified date.
The Registrar may issue a certificate stating that a requirement of this Act specified in the certificate —
had, or had not, been complied with at a date or within a period specified in the certificate; or
had been complied with at a date specified in the certificate but not before that date.
The Registrar may issue a certificate stating that on a date specified in the certificate a body specified in the certificate was not or had ceased to be registered as a co‑operative under this Act.
A certificate given by the Registrar under this section is evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
