99 Purchase and inspection of copy of rules
(1)
A member is entitled to obtain from a co‑operative a copy of its rules on payment of the amount required by the rules of the co‑operative or, if the rules do not prescribe an amount, on payment of $5.
(2)
The amount required by the rules cannot be more than the fee prescribed by the regulations for obtaining a copy of the rules from the Registrar.
(3)
A person is entitled to obtain from the Registrar a copy of the rules of a co‑operative on payment of the fee prescribed by the regulations.
