25D Application to SAT restricted in certain circumstances
(1)
An application, referral or submission in respect of a matter may not be made to the Tribunal under this Act unless the Small Business Commissioner has issued a certificate in respect of the matter under section 25C.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a matter prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
(3)
Nothing in this section prevents a person from making a request to the Small Business Commissioner under section 25A.
