30 Regulations
(1)
The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed, for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Regulations made under subsection (1) prescribing standard trading hours for the purposes of section 12(1)(c) may prescribe those standard trading hours generally or in relation to —
(a)
a specified class or classes of retail shop; or
(b)
a specified part or parts of the State; or
(c)
a specified time or times of the year.
