30A Small Business Commissioner, functions of
The Small Business Commissioner has the following functions under this Act —
(a)
to provide assistance to attempt to resolve disputes that arise in respect of retail shop leases;
(b)
to provide information and guidance in respect of retail shop leases or the provisions of this Act.
