11A Class 1 offences (s. 10)
For the purposes of section 10(c) of the Act, the offences under the provisions of the Criminal Code (Commonwealth) listed in the Table are prescribed to be Class 1 offences.

For the purposes of section 10(c) of the Act, the offences under the Crimes Act 1914 (Commonwealth) sections 50BA and 50BB are Class 1 offences.
If a provision referred to in this regulation is a repealed provision, the reference is taken to be a reference to the provision as in force from time to time before its repeal.
