93 Letterbox and electronic communications
A community corporation must ensure that —
(a)
a letterbox with the name of the community corporation clearly shown on it is continuously available and suitably placed on the tier parcel; and
(b)
a mechanism for corresponding with the community corporation electronically is reasonably available to —
(i)
members of the community corporation; and
(ii)
members of other community corporations in the community scheme; and
(iii)
occupiers of lots in the community scheme.
