100 Entrance fees for Tree Top Walk
In this regulation —
Tree Top Walk means the walkway known as the “Tree Top Walk” constructed within the area known as the “Valley of the Giants”, near Walpole.
The relevant fee specified in Schedule 1 Division 3 is payable by a person entering the Tree Top Walk.
The CEO is to erect a sign at the entrance to the Tree Top Walk —
specifying the fees payable under this regulation; and
specifying the manner in which the fees are to be paid.
A person must pay, in the manner specified in a sign under subregulation (3)(b), a fee for which the person is liable under this regulation.
Penalty: a fine of $200.
