103A Companion of Companion Card holder

Despite anything in this Part, a person need not pay a fee under this Part to enter a place or do a thing if —

(a)

the person is, at the time of entering the place or doing the thing, the companion of a person who holds a Companion Card; and

(b)

the person who holds the Companion Card is entitled to pay a concession fee to enter the place or do the thing.
