14 Removal of plants
(1)
An authorised officer who finds a person contravening regulation 13 may direct that person then and there to remove the plant the subject of the offence, and any equipment likely to be used in the cultivation of the plant, from the land.
(2)
A person must comply with a direction under subregulation (1).
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
