28 Cleaning, scaling etc. fish
A person must not, without lawful authority, in a restricted area —
(a)
clean, scale, gut or fillet fish if that activity is prohibited in that area under regulation 5; or
(b)
contravene a restriction imposed on cleaning, scaling, gutting or filleting fish in that area under regulation 5.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
