29 Fires and smoking in caves
(1)
A person must not smoke a cigarette, cigar or pipe in any cave or part of a cave which is on or under CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $500.
(2)
A person must not light a fire in any cave or part of a cave which is on or under CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
