37 Damage to property
A person must not, without lawful authority —
post, stick, stamp, stencil or otherwise affix any notice, handbill, placard, advertisement, paper or other document on or to any thing or structure that is part of the landscape or property on CALM land; or
write, draw or paint on or deface any thing or structure that is part of the landscape or property on CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $500.
A person must not, without lawful authority, cause any damage or disturbance to, or interfere with, any ticket vending machine, sign, Aboriginal site or Aboriginal artefact, or other thing or structure that is part of the landscape or property on CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
Nothing in subregulation (1)(a) applies to the use of a notice board set up with the authority of the CEO for public use.
