40A Unlawful lighting of fires — only one conviction
A person cannot be convicted of more than one offence arising from the one act or omission that contravenes 2 or more of the following provisions —
(a)
section 104(1) of the Act;
(b)
regulation 29(2);
(c)
regulation 39(1);
(d)
regulation 39(2).
