65 Launching or landing of aircraft
(1)
A person must not, without lawful authority, launch, land or make a touch down in an aircraft on CALM land.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to an aircraft that is required to launch, land or touch down contrary to that subregulation to avoid or mitigate danger to human life or significant damage to property.
