66 Camping controlled
(1)
A person must not, without lawful authority, camp on CALM land except in a camping area or on a vessel that is moored or anchored in accordance with these regulations.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
(2)
A person camping in a camping area must comply with conditions specified on signs erected in or in the vicinity of that area for the purposes of regulation 6(3) or signs designating that area as a camping area.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
