88 Return of licence
(1)
The CEO may require the holder of a licence to return the licence to the CEO where the licence has been cancelled, suspended or has not been renewed.
(2)
A person must comply with a requirement made of that person by the CEO under subregulation (1).
Penalty: a fine of $500.
