19 Contaminated sites database — public access
(1)
The CEO is to keep an accurate and up to date contaminated sites database containing —
(a)
a list of all sites classified as —
(i)
contaminated — remediation required;
(ii)
contaminated — restricted use;
(iii)
remediated for restricted use;
(b)
a description of the location and extent of each of those sites sufficient to identify it; and
(c)
a description of the nature and extent of the known contamination of each of those sites.
(2)
The CEO is to ensure that members of the public have access, free of charge, to the contaminated sites database.
