20 Other records to be kept
The CEO is to keep accurate and up to date records containing —
information on contaminated underground water;
copies of all of the following documents —
reports made under section 11 or 12;
programmes for the reporting of sites approved under section 12;
notices of the classification of a site given under section 15;
notices given under Part 4;
management plans submitted to the CEO;
sampling and analysis programmes given to the CEO under section 49(4)(d);
memorials lodged under section 58;
disclosure statements made under section 64;
certificates of contamination audit;
exemption certificates;
notices given under section 39(1);
details of decisions published under section 83(2);
approvals given to the transfer of responsibility for remediation under section 30(1)(b) and (2);
agreements to a transfer of responsibility for remediation under section 31;
written disclosures made under section 68;
and
such other information and documents as the CEO considers appropriate.
The records may be wholly or partly compiled, recorded or stored in written form or on microfilm, or by electronic or other means or in any other form the CEO considers appropriate.
The records are to be retained by the CEO for such period as is determined by the CEO.
