80 Preliminary action in respect of certain appeals
When an appeal is lodged, the committee —
(a)
is to request the CEO, and if the committee thinks it necessary to do so, the Authority to report to the committee on the appeal; and
(b)
may request the CEO to consider the appeal and to consult the appellant and any other appropriate person to determine whether or not the point at issue in the appeal can be resolved and report to the committee on the appeal.
