81 Reports under section 80
(1)
On receiving a request under —
(a)
section 80(a), the CEO and, if the request extends to the Authority, the Authority are to report on the relevant appeal to the committee;
(b)
section 80(b), the CEO is to carry out the consideration and consultation concerned and report to the committee on the results of that consideration and consultation.
(2)
The CEO, or the Authority, is not to make a recommendation in a report that conflicts with an approved policy or with any standard prescribed by or under the EP Act.
