57 Review of Act
The Attorney General is to carry out a review of the operations of this Act as soon as practicable after every fifth anniversary of the commencement of this Act and in the course of such review the Attorney General is to consider and have regard to —
the attainment of the objects of this Act; and
the administration of this Act; and
the effectiveness of the operation of the court; and
such other matters as appear to be relevant to the operation and effectiveness of this Act.
The Attorney General is to prepare a report based on the review and, as soon as practicable after the report is prepared, must cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament.
