110 Court may order entries in register to be cancelled
(1)
On application of the Commission, a judge of the Supreme Court may order the Registrar to cancel an entry that has been made in a register under an order under section 106.
(2)
The Registrar must give effect to the order within 28 days after the day on which the order is made.
