20 Functions in relation to A‑CC
The Commission may enter into arrangements with the A‑CC regarding —
(a)
the cooperative performance of the respective functions of the Commission and the A‑CC; and
(b)
the joint use of facilities and staff; and
(c)
the transfer of records and other things from the A‑CC to the Commission.
