21A Reviewable police action
(1)
The Commissioner of Police is required to notify the Commission of matters concerning, or that may concern, reviewable police action in accordance with guidelines issued under section 30.
(2)
The Commission may deal with a matter notified under subsection (1) as if it were a matter notified under section 28(2).
(3)
This section does not limit the powers of the Commission under section 22 or 24 in relation to police misconduct.
