113 Refusing to give up possession of works, offence
(1)
Any person, who has charge of any water works, acquired, held or used by the Crown and who refuses, on lawful demand to give up peaceable and quiet possession of them to any person entitled to possession under the provisions of this Act, shall be guilty of an offence.
Penalty: $10 000.
(2)
A court of summary jurisdiction dealing with an offence under this section is to be constituted by a magistrate.
