In this Part —
identifying particular, in relation to a person, means —
a print of the person’s hands (including fingers), feet (including toes) or ears;
a photograph of the person (including of an identifying feature of the person);
an impression of an identifying feature of the person (but not including a dental impression);
a sample of the person’s hair taken for purposes other than obtaining the person’s DNA profile;
the person’s DNA profile;
an identifying particular of the person that is prescribed for the purposes of this definition;
involved person means a person who is not a suspect for an offence but who is reasonably suspected to have been the victim of or to have witnessed the commission of the offence.
