30 Decision may be changed
(1)
If an identifying procedure has been done under section 28(1) on an involved person who is an adult, the involved person may subsequently change his or her decision on the matters in section 25(3)(g) by notifying the Commissioner of Police.
(2)
If an identifying procedure has been done under section 28(1) on an involved person who is a protected person —
(a)
a responsible person; or
(b)
if the protected person was a child at the time the identifying procedure was done who has since then reached 18 years of age, that person,
may subsequently change the decision on the matters in section 26(3)(g) by notifying the Commissioner of Police.
