75 Improper use of information obtained in accordance with Act
A person who —
(a)
compares information obtained in accordance with this Act with other information, whether or not in a forensic database, otherwise than in accordance with this Part; or
(b)
puts information obtained in accordance with this Act in a forensic database otherwise than in accordance with this Part,
commits an offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
