56 Financial institution giving false or misleading information under s. 53 or 54, offence
A financial institution commits an offence if the institution knowingly —
(a)
provides false or misleading information under section 53; or
(b)
provides false or misleading information in purported compliance with a requirement under section 54.
Penalty: $500 000.
