147 Review of this Act
(1)
The Minister must carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as practicable after the expiry of 3 years from the commencement of this Act.
(2)
The Minister must —
(a)
prepare a report on the outcome of the review; and
(b)
cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within 4 years after the commencement of this Act.
