60 Reports about declared places
The CEO must include in the Commission’s annual report required under the Financial Management Act 2006 Part 5 a report on these matters for the relevant financial year in relation to each declared place —
(a)
the operations of the place;
(b)
the number of people admitted to the place as residents;
(c)
the number of people who ceased to be residents of the place;
(d)
any other matter prescribed by regulation.
