64 Review of this Act
(1)
The Minister must review the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as practicable after —
(a)
the third anniversary of the day on which this section comes into operation; and
(b)
each 5 year period after that anniversary.
(2)
The Minister must cause a report on each review to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after the review is done.
